The conversation around digital transformation has long been dominated by two options: “buy” a costly, off-the-shelf solution or “build” a bespoke system from scratch.
Starting today and being made available to customers over the next four weeks Temporall will transition from Gemini log-based reporting [via file import to the platform] to fully automated Gemini API support, this is being upgraded in our Workspace Analytics & Reporting product.
Temporall’s AI intelligence ‘module’ [AI Adoption, Impact, and Connection dashboards] will be upgraded with Gemini API usage data to coincide with a number of enhanced AI analytics capabilities that have just been made available on the platform.
Support for Gemini APIs is available out of the box, no need to configure or build anything, and is available with full advanced filtering.
Customers can assess, audit and report on their use of Gemini to meet internal and regulatory needs such as the EU AI Act Article 4, track Gemini interaction and adoption at a granular level, support the acceleration of Gemini Adoption by pinpointing both levels and patterns of usage and adoption and training needs, and advance their organizational AI Literacy by uncovering the skills needed to develop true AI competencies that delivers AI workforce transformation.
The impact of Gemini on work activity is a key difference for Temporall and we’ve pleased to have launched a host of new, upgraded and proprietary capabilities that brings AI intelligence to at every level and stage of their AI journey.
For years, Temporall has been at the forefront of organizational network analytics, mapping the invisible threads that connect people and teams within companies. We’ve helped organizations understand how connectivity, and critically, connectivity gaps, influence collaboration and communication effectiveness, as well as pinpointing workplace tool AI Champions to help support organizational change management efforts.
We recently added an incredibly exciting upgrade, this is combining ONA for workplace tools like Workspace Gmail and Microsoft Outlook Email with AI adoption ‘type’ by embedding our AI usage ‘type’ filter into our ONA module – why is this important?
This enables companies to correlate existing work activity and AI usage – for the first time customers can visualize and generate ONA metrics that demonstrably evidence where AI is being adopted, and where not, across their different organizational networks. This level of data analysis is crucial in helping customers meet their AI Auditing needs.
Over the past 18 months AI tool providers have had, lets say, a transient approach to how they license their AI tools. This has left many customers unable to accurately understand who in their organization has access to AI tools, who is using them to what degree, and going one step further how differing levels of AI usage means very different outcomes.
To support organizations with the ability to apply even greater levels of insights, we have now started to support Temporall Filters. In the past we’ve supported organizational demographics dynamically synced from Workspace, Entra (AD), Okta, we’ve also enabled custom filters to be created e.g. training cohorts. We are now adding Temporall Advanced Filters – two of these include Gemini (AI tool), and Gemini Usage Type – these are decoupled from the core system’s Licensing API which can be invoked by organizations via Temporall Filter Engine.
