Fusing Data for Predictive AI Intelligence

Following a referral, the Customer partnered with Temporall over six months to deliver the necessary AI Intelligence. The engagement focused on activating Temporall’s AI-Ready Data Model:

Work Data Synthesis: Temporall synced three months of existing Workspace data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive & Editors, Meet) for over 20,000 employees, establishing a benchmark of existing work activity.
HR & People Data Enrichment: Advanced data segmentation was enabled by incorporating user attributes (role, level, tenure, function) sourced from their primary HRIS application.
Temporall Meta Data: Proprietary metadata, including actual levels of user AI proficiency and license utilization, was applied to the data model.
AI Impact Reporting: Temporall delivered multiple usage, adoption, and impact reports over six months, tracking changes in Gemini usage, the effectiveness of change efforts, and the resulting business outcomes.

Temporall’s AI Behavioral Analytics provided auditable proof, enabling the Customer to make evidence-based decisions on future AI strategy and investment.

Direct Correlation & AI Fluency: Analysis revealed a direct correlation between levels of existing Workspace activity and Gemini adoption. Temporall demonstrated that while AI Power and High ‘type’ users would drive strong productivity and financial benefits, over 50% of the organization were Non or Low users.
AI Impact & Financial Return: Key recommendations targeted how to yield a $6M-25M Year 1 ROI and Payback from Gemini, primarily by focusing training on improving foundational Workspace habits and Gemini training to to accelerate AI fluency.
AI Cost Management: The Customer identified under-utilized Workspace licenses that could be immediately re-allocated, supporting cost management efforts.
